Job summary

Appleton Finn is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead industrial and manufacturing construction programs in the Philadelphia market. You will drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating owners, design partners, subcontractors, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 10–12+ years in construction, proven industrial experience, design-build and preconstruction expertise, and strong financial, scheduling, and client management skills.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of construction/project management experience.
• Industrial/manufacturing construction experience.
• Design-build and preconstruction experience.
• Strong financial, contractual, scheduling, and client management skills.
• GC experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Procore, CMiC, P6 or MS Project or similar is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and change orders.
• Lead design-build and early-engagement delivery.
• Coordinate owners, designers, subcontractors, and field leadership.
• Manage project financials, risk, and overall performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Senior Project Manager - Industrial/Manufacturing Construction

Our client is a highly respected and growing General Contractor with a strong presence throughout the Philadelphia market. They are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of industrial and manufacturing work.

The SPM will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with owners, design partners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
