Job summary

GH Engage in Philadelphia seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing construction projects across PA and nearby markets. You will own projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery with clear client communication.

You’ll manage schedules, budgets, procurement, risk, and coordination among owners, designers, subcontractors, and field teams, while mentoring engineers and junior PMs and advancing GH Engage’s

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial construction project management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, or cold storage.
• Track record on projects >$10M.
• Strong design-build and preconstruction experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and risk.
• Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.
• Drive constructability reviews, logistics planning, and execution strategy.
• Mentor project engineers and junior project managers.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and financial reporting.
• Hold the line on safety, quality, and operational standards across every project.
