Powerhouse Retail Services LLC in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Senior Project Manager for commercial construction projects. You will oversee client relationships, develop estimates, manage execution from development through closeout, and lead multiple projects with a focus on quality and schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of large-project experience, with strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills. This role is on-site with benefits and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience with large client interface.
• Experience in construction environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects.
• Establishes customer deadlines as determined by the Scope of Work and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Works with other departments to provide accurate estimates for supplies, manpower, resources, etc.
• Creates and presents to leadership budget projections to meet budget constraints.
• Oversees reporting on progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Supervises project management staff and ensures quality work on sites.
• Provides training to project management staff to improve fundamentals and customer service.
• Tracks milestones and reports weekly to management.
• Accountable for project completion and issue resolution.
• Facilitate Customer QBR Meetings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
