Job summary

DynaTen Corporation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead HVAC and plumbing construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

You will supervise Project Managers and Engineers, coordinate with BIM/VDC, review contracts, manage cost control and pay applications, and drive performance across design-build teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in project management with a mechanical and/or plumbing contractor or related construction firm.
• Experience managing $20M+ projects.
• Minimum 8 years reading/interpreting building codes (IBC, IMC, IPC) and local jurisdiction requirements (North Texas preferred).
• Minimum 8 years working with BIM/VDC coordination, prefabrication strategies, and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects of varying size and complexity.
• Collaborate with field supervision to plan, organize, and schedule project work and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracts; maintain records per accounting policies.
