Rise Technical is seeking a Senior Project Manager from a mechanical contracting background to lead large-scale projects and develop a team for future leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of mechanical construction PM experience.
• Experience running project financials from end to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning from estimate review to scheduling.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and manpower planning.
• Oversee subcontractors, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Conduct quality control inspections and address design or scope issues.
• Manage project closeout including punch lists and final billing.

This is position is office based, you will be tasked with overseeing a team of Project Managers, you will be involved in some of their largest and most exclusive projects, working closely with the wider Project Management team and managing the overall success of the project.

This would suit someone from a mechanical contracting background with strong financial experience, looking for further development and progression into leadership and play a key role in the company’s future success.

The Role:

• Lead all pre-construction planning, from estimate review and value engineering to contract finalization and construction scheduling
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and manpower planning throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee subcontractors, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation across the build
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the project team
• Conduct quality control inspections and proactively resolve design or scope issues
• Manage project closeout, including punch lists, final billing, O&M manuals, and warranty documentation
