You will oversee large-scale mechanical/plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance, while driving safety and quality.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical or plumbing construction projects.
  • Experience delivering complex projects in healthcare, educational, institutional, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing project teams.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting, and project closeouts.

  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead preconstruction, progress, and project closeout meetings.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and maintain strong project relationships.

  • OSHA certification is a plus.
