Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related subject.
• 8–10 years professional experience in the Mechanical contracting industry.
• Familiarity with construction contract language.
• Familiarity with construction means and methods.
• Understanding of principles, methods, and techniques of plumbing/mechanical, architectural, civil, and electrical engineering.
• Evaluate proposals from vendors/subcontractors for compliance with scope of work.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager – Mechanical is responsible for oversight of mechanical construction projects from start to finish, on time and on budget.

This position is bonus eligible.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Position Requirements/Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related subject (or equivalent field/industry experience).


• 8-10 years professional experience including progressive management positions in the Mechanical contracting industry.


• Familiarity with construction contract language.


• Familiarity with construction means and methods.


• Understanding of principles, methods, and techniques of plumbing/mechanical, architectural, civil, and electrical engineering.


• Evaluate proposals from vendors and/or subcontractors for compliance with scope of work.

Computer Skills

• Microsoft Office expertise, including Excel skills; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project a plus.
