Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of high-voltage electric transmission and distribution projects across the United States. You will supervise front-line teams, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive project success.

A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years PM experience are required; PMP and advanced degree are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of project management experience in high-voltage electric transmission and distribution construction or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business is required; PMP or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and directing high-voltage transmission and distribution construction projects nationwide.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, staffing, subcontractor management, safety, and quality.
• Develop and manage budgets, SOVs, cost forecasts, and billing packages.
• Prepare subcontracts, vendor docs, and contract revisions with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Generate status reports and present updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead meetings and coordinate staffing for upcoming and completed projects.
• Maintain project material trackers and ensure on-schedule, within-budget delivery.
• Mentor project managers and foster a high-performance team environment.
