Job summary

Kokosing, a leading general contractor, seeks a Project Manager for heavy highway – roadway/bridge projects. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, manage project engineers and superintendents, and ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of related experience, with proficiency in CPM-based scheduling. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understands and can execute CPM-based project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of heavy highway/bridge construction projects.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
• Coordinates project activities with governmental agencies and subcontractors.
