Kokosing is seeking a Project Manager (Heavy Highway – Roadway/Bridge projects) to lead Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia region initiatives. The role directs project teams, manages scope, schedule, and budget, and interfaces with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in civil construction, a civil engineering/construction management degree, and strong CPM scheduling expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CPM-based scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates heavy highway/bridge construction projects.
• Establishes work plan, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Directs and coordinates project personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepares project reports and communicates with clients and stakeholders.
