You will plan, direct and coordinate large-scale construction efforts with engineers, superintendents and foremen to meet schedule and budget targets. Requires Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and 10+ years of related experience; familiarity with CPM-based scheduling and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree required.
• 10+ years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project plan to determine time frame and resources.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase.
• Directs and coordinates activities to keep on schedule and budget.
• Prepares management reports and coordinates with agencies and subcontractors.
• Analyzes CPM-based project schedules and resolves issues.
