Kokosing is seeking a Project Manager (Heavy Highway - Roadway/Bridge projects) in the Richmond area of Virginia. This role leads complex construction efforts, coordinating engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with 10+ years of related experience, strong CPM scheduling knowledge, and proven leadership in heavy highway and bridge work.

Qualifications

• CPM scheduling knowledge and project control methods.
• Experience leading heavy highway/bridge construction teams.
• Strong coordination between engineers, field staff, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of heavy highway/bridge construction projects.
