This position involves managing staff including Project Engineers and Superintendents, providing technical advice, and coordinating with governmental agencies and subcontractors.

The candidate should possess a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with over 10 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Equivalence through a combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates heavy highway/bridge construction projects.
• Ensures project goals are accomplished within time frames and budgets.
• Manages Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen.
