Job summary

Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for heavy highway – roadway/bridge projects in Western Pennsylvania and neighboring regions.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet schedule and budget while guiding project engineers, superintendents, and foremen. The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background and 10+ years of related experience, with CPM-based scheduling and coordination with governmental agencies and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience planning, staffing, and directing heavy highway/bridge projects.
• Ability to analyze CPM-based schedules and coordinate with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals to determine timeframe, funding, staffing, and resources.
• Set work plans and staffing for each phase.
• Coordinate with project staff to assign duties.
• Direct activities to keep progress within schedule and budget.
• Prepare management and client reports.
• Coordinate with government agencies and subcontractors.
