Job summary

Luster National, Inc. is seeking Project Managers at varying levels to support large heavy civil infrastructure programs across highways, bridges, transit, aviation, and water projects in California.

You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk, leading delivery teams from planning to closeout on programs often exceeding $100M in value. Qualifications include a bachelor's in a related field and 10+ years of PM experience on large projects, with proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience on large, heavy-civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk from design through closeout.
• Knowledge of contract administration, submittals, change management, and payments.
• Experience coordinating multiple parties across life of project.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Unifier, Kahua, or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects or task orders from planning through construction and closeout.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and risk; provide early, honest program reads.
• Manage designers and contractors to commitments and elevate deviations early.
• Administer contracts, submittals, RFI, progress payments, and time extensions.
• Evaluate change orders and claims for entitlement and impacts.
• Coordinate cost forecasts, CPM schedule updates, and earned value reports.
• Coordinate across agencies and third parties to align work scopes.
• Oversee quality, safety, commissioning, and transition to operations.
