Luster National, Inc. is seeking Project Managers at various levels to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, bridges, transit, aviation, and water/wastewater projects.

You’ll manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk on assignments often exceeding $100M in construction value. This posting is for future roles; candidates are added to our talent pool and notified when a project need arises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, civil engineering, construction engineering, or engineering management, or an equivalent combination.
• 10+ years of project management experience on large, heavy-civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering scope, budget, schedule and risk from design through closeout.
• Familiar with construction contract administration, submittals, RFI, change management, payments.
• Experience coordinating designers, contractors, agencies, utilities, and third parties.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Unifier, Kahua, or similar CM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of assigned projects or task orders from planning through construction and closeout.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and risk; provide early, candid program reads.
• Monitor designers/contractors against scope, design criteria, and schedule commitments.
• Administer contracts, submittals, RFIs, progress payments, and time extensions.
• Evaluate changes and claims for entitlement, cost, and schedule impact.
• Coordinate with controls staff on cost forecasts, CPM updates, and earned value.
• Coordinate across agencies and third parties to account for work outside the package.
• Oversee construction staging to minimize disruption to existing operations.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance; verify work matches approved documents.
• Support commissioning, operations readiness, and transition to maintenance.
