Job summary

Luster National, Inc. is seeking experienced Project Controls Managers to support large heavy civil infrastructure programs across highways, bridges, transit, aviation, and water/wastewater projects.

You will defend cost figures in front of contractors and leadership, and work across disciplines to ensure consistent, auditable reporting. These roles involve leading controls cycles, coordinating across contracts, and mentoring controls staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, finance, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the program's integrated controls system ensuring cost and schedule data reconcile to the same source.
• Review and validate contractor cost/schedule submittals against contract requirements.
• Analyze earned value, cost and schedule performance indices to surface variances.
• Evaluate change proposals and time impact analyses for cost/schedule merit.
• Oversee forecast, cash flow, contingency, and reserve positions; test assumptions.
