Luster National, Inc. seeks Project Controls Managers to support large heavy civil programs across highways, bridges, transit, airports, and water/wastewater. You will manage cost, schedule, risk, and change to provide a single, defendable forecast.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project controls, strong WBS/baseline management, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar tools; collaboration with leadership and field teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project controls experience on large, complex heavy-civil projects.
• Experience integrating cost & schedule data on a common WBS/CBS with baseline management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the program's controls system, ensuring cost and schedule data reconcile from all sources.
• Review contractor cost/schedule submittals and baseline schedules against contract requirements.
• Analyze earned value, schedule performance indices, and variances to forecast trends.
• Evaluate change proposals and time impact analyses for cost/schedule merit.
