Job summary

Luster National seeks Construction Managers at multiple levels to support heavy-civil infrastructure programs across highways, bridges, transit, and airports in the United States. You will oversee field execution, coordinate contractors, enforce safety and quality, and keep work aligned with plans and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in large heavy-civil infrastructure projects
• Experience overseeing construction on behalf of an owner or agency
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, eBuilder, Procore
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide construction-phase leadership from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee field execution to ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes, and contract requirements
• Monitor schedule, scope, budget, and risk across multiple task orders
• Manage submittal, RFI, and change order processes with timely resolution
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate with safety and quality assurance teams
• Track daily progress, quantities, and cost performance against budgets
• Coordinate and chair progress meetings, site walks, and issue resolution sessions
• Review contractor schedules for critical path impacts and ensure alignment with plans
• Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and third-party stakeholders
• Prepare reporting materials including status updates and risk logs
