Granite Construction Company is seeking a seasoned construction manager to lead projects up to $50 million in size. You will oversee forecasted revenue, budgets, and bid-to-build processes, coordinating with estimators, project controls, and field teams to deliver profitable results.

Applicants should have a BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field with 3–5 years in heavy civil construction, including paving, dirt, and grading.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in paving, dirt, and grading in private or public environments.
• Knowledge of construction paving, underground, concrete and grading practices.
• Strong leadership and supervisory communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with estimators and project controls to establish budget.
• Lead estimating efforts on vertically integrated projects for bid-to-build process.
• Coordinate with sponsors and managers to meet project schedule.
• Participate in bid review and ensure accuracy of bids.
• Support project startup with comprehensive planning and kickoff.
