Job summary

Granite Construction Incorporated seeks a senior project leader to drive the direction, completion, and financial success of large civil projects valued up to $49 million. You will coordinate with estimators, controls, and area managers to establish budgets, schedules, and bid strategies, ensuring safe, profitable execution.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 5+ years of progressive heavy civil experience, with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.
• Five+ years of progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.
• Knowledge of concrete, paving, underground and grading practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects.
• Coordinate with estimators and project controls to establish budget and schedule.
• Lead estimating efforts on vertically integrated projects to ensure bid accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and management for long-term partnerships.
• Ensure project profitability and adherence to safety initiatives.
