Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressively responsible heavy civil construction/project experience.
• Experience leading complex projects with budgets, schedules, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, startup, planning, and closeout for large or complex work.
• Set standards for safety, efficiency, and productivity on the project.
• Direct project teams and coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Own budgets, costs, revenue, cash flow, and forecasts; drive corrective actions.
• Manage schedules, contracts, risk, and lien/claims documentation as needed.
• Develop client relationships and provide executive-level status updates.
