Granite Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager II for on-site heavy civil projects across multiple Texas locations. You’ll own strategy, scheduling, budgets, and client relations, coordinating with Superintendents, Foremen and Project Engineers to deliver results.

Qualifications include a Civil/Construction degree and 5–10 years’ leadership in complex projects, with familiarity in earthwork, utilities and site development. Travel to active sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressively responsible heavy civil construction experience.
• Experience independently leading complex projects with financials, scheduling, risk and client relations.
• Experience with earthwork, paving, utilities, drainage or large-site development preferred.
• Direct energy-sector or utility-scale project experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead project strategy, startup, planning, execution and closeout for large, complex projects.
• Set safety standards and drive efficient, productive operations on site.
• Direct field teams, subcontractors and suppliers to align resources and outcomes.
• Own project budgets, costs, revenue, cash flow and financial forecasts.
