Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with significant multifamily construction exposure.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and project teams.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee multiple Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Establish project goals, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Monitor financial performance including budgets, costs, forecasting, billing, and profitability.
• Review schedules to ensure milestones and contractual requirements are met.
• Guide and support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain relationships with owners, developers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Participate in preconstruction activities such as budgeting and value engineering.
• Review contracts, change orders, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they impact schedule or budget.
• Lead project reviews and senior-level reporting.
