Job summary

Placed is seeking a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager to deliver ground-up, multifamily and affordable housing projects in the Columbus area. The firm is family-founded with 80+ years in business, offering an ESOP and a strong mentorship culture.

You will manage projects upwards of $25M, oversee preconstruction through commissioning, and leverage an in-house team to maintain client relationships across education, retail, and housing markets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ground-up, multifamily and/or affordable housing projects >$25M.
• Senior Project Manager with similar project experience seeking the next step into a PX role.
• Ability to align with a mentorship-focused, people-first culture.

Are you a Project Executive experienced in delivering Ground-Up, Multifamily and/or Affordable Housing projects upwards of $25M. Or, are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager, with the same project experience, looking to take the next step in your career?

Due to a growing backlog of work, our client is looking to bring on a PX and SPM. They're a well-established, family-founded construction firm (80+ years in business) based in the Columbus area and build across the commercial, education, retail, and multifamily/affordable housing markets.
