Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial and multifamily construction project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, ground-up projects.
• Experience with fully integrated development projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of commercial and multifamily development projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal development staff.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction across all assigned projects.
