Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up multifamily developments in the Indianapolis market. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and owner relationships from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction, with proven success on ground-up multifamily projects in the $10M-$50M+ range. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive project management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success managing ground-up multifamily projects in the $10M-$50M+ range.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, scheduling, contracts, and project financials.
• Experience using construction technology platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Timberline/Sage, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and subcontractor commitments.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams for smooth transitions from award to execution.
• Maintain relationships with ownership, consultants, subcontractors, and field leadership.
• Monitor financial performance, forecast costs, and manage change and risk.
