Job summary

GH Engage, a family-founded Long Island construction management and development firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-impact projects from ground-up. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and resource planning while maintaining a strong on-site presence across Long Island and NYC.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager level experience in construction.
• Deliveries in Long Island and/or NYC markets.
• Ground-up and complex commercial or multifamily projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Autodesk Build a plus.
• PMP and OSHA certifications preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning delivery across every phase.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Keep a strong on-site presence across Long Island and NYC projects.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare scopes of work and manage subcontractor procurement.
• Negotiate contracts and drive strong commercial outcomes.
• Lead and mentor project teams, building collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across every site.
• Track project performance and deliver clear, detailed reporting.
• Oversee requisitions, cost tracking, and financial management.
