Coordinate structural, facade, and MEP work with the team to ensure smooth inspections and successful closeout. The role requires reading drawings, selecting scopes, and delivering buildings rather than interiors.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor background.

Responsibilities

• Run the project from buyout through topping out, envelope, and core & shell turnover.
• Own budget, schedule, procurement, and change control on lump-sum / GMP building work.
• Coordinate structure, facade, and base-building MEP with the super, trades, architect, and engineer.
• Keep DOB, inspections, and building logistics moving in New York.
• Close the job clean: as-builts, punch, commissioning support, and a building that is actually done.
