Job summary

GH Engage in New York City is seeking a Senior/Lead Project Manager to own major ground-up residential and mixed-use developments across Manhattan and the Bronx. You will lead project delivery from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating with executives, superintendents, subcontractors and city agencies to navigate complex NYC environments.

This hands-on role requires 10+ years in construction management with GC or CM-at-risk experience on $50M+ projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• GC or CM-at-risk background.
• Experience on $50M+ projects.
• Strong knowledge of NYC operations and logistics.
• Ability to lead both office and field teams.
• Proficiency with scheduling, cost reporting, and CM software.
• Excellent communication with executives, clients, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control and buyout.
• Manage CPM schedules, sequencing and two-week look-aheads.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and coordination.
• Lead Project Engineers, APMs and field teams.
• RFI, submittals, change orders and client reporting.
• Coordinate with NYC agencies (DOB, DOT, MTA) as required.
• Ensure safety, quality control and compliance.
• Client-facing leadership across project phases.
• Coordinate with field operations to maintain schedule and productivity.
