GH Engage in New York City seeks an experienced Senior Project Executive to own a portfolio of active high-rise developments, driving delivery performance, financial control, and execution standards across multiple jobs in Manhattan and the Bronx.

This hands-on executive role requires strong commercial judgement, field awareness, and the ability to influence outcomes across complex projects while mentoring Senior Project Managers and field teams.

Qualifications

• This role requires 15+ years in construction management with a successful record in high-rise delivery.
• Experience as Senior Project Manager or Project Executive on GC/CM at-risk programs.
• Strong commercial understanding of cost, contracts, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent high-rise projects with direct PM and field team oversight.
• Lead forecasting, budget control, and margin protection across the portfolio.
• Approve major subcontract awards and procurement strategy; manage change exposure.
• Maintain schedule integrity and CPM discipline across all projects.
• Engage with clients, design teams, and ownership groups; provide executive reporting.
