Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 10 years of Core & Shell construction experience with completed interiors.
• Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience building concrete high-rise properties valued $50–$150 million, plus renovation experience.
• Deep understanding of NY Metro market.
• Knowledge of union/jurisdiction rules and safety regulations.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• 4-hour Scaffold User Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead project construction team and oversee direction, planning, and budget.
• Develop schedules, site logistics, and value engineering.
• Coordinate procurement, bid packages, and subcontract awards.
• Oversee shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and document control.
• Lead project meetings and client/design team relations.
• Ensure project performance: schedule, cost control, forecasting, close-out.
