Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm.
• Proven experience leading ground-up multifamily or affordable housing projects.
• Experience delivering high-rise residential projects ranging from 12-30 stories.
• Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $50M+.
• Experience running projects from start to finish as the lead decision-maker.
• Strong understanding of all construction disciplines, including MEP systems.
• Ability to manage entire project teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents
• Drive project execution, risk management, and problem resolution
• Coordinate all construction disciplines including structural, architectural, and MEP scopes
• Manage owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor interactions
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Take full ownership of project performance and delivery outcomes
