Job summary

Accela seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex Professional Services implementations for government clients. You will drive end-to-end delivery, plan budgets, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time go-lives while maximizing customer value.

You will use Jira, Confluence, MS-Project and Visio to track progress, maintain RAID logs, and report metrics. Travel up to 25% is expected as you partner with customers and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years leading government enterprise software implementations.
• 5+ years with $1M+ budgets and multi-department scope.
• Experience managing budgets and client conversations.
• Proven ability to read configurations and workflows.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and project templates.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements end-to-end using standard PM methods and budgets.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery; track progress and risks.
• Maintain RAID log and escalate risks with mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure change orders are processed.
• Own go-live readiness, transition to Customer Success, lessons learned.
• Foster clear, proactive client communications and stakeholder alignment.
