Job summary

STI Federal is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead contract projects across multiple locations. You will allocate resources, oversee TA requests, enforce quality controls, and manage multiple tasks and subcontractors to achieve program objectives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of senior-level experience, is capable of independent work on mission-critical aspects, and holds the ability to obtain federal clearance up to Top Secret/DOE Q. Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus.

• Senior-level professional with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must operate independently on high-visibility or mission-critical program aspects.
• May oversee junior staff or be responsible for all personnel assigned to specific project efforts.
