Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for Federal programs to lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex design projects. The role requires oversight of scope, budget, scheduling, and client satisfaction across local, regional, and national initiatives.

The candidate will coordinate with discipline leaders, manage proposals, and ensure QA/QC across projects while maintaining strong client relationships and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or a related degree.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer with reciprocity capability.
• PMP certification is considered a preferred qualification, but not a requirement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• 10+ years' experience working on and/or managing diverse local and national projects.
• Proposal negotiation experience.
• Experience in creating/managing Quality Assurance / Quality Control Plans.
• A proven record of team leadership and coordination with discipline leaders, fellow Project Managers, and corporate/government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project deliverables and financial metrics.
• Interface with technical discipline leaders to align with client expectations.
• Manage scope, qualifications, proposals, presentations, negotiations, budgeting, scheduling and cash management.
• Develop client relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Administer quality programs and ensure adherence to standards.
• Provide leadership to project teams and solve complex challenges.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally (10-15%).
