Job summary

STI Federal is seeking a Program Manager to lead contract projects across multiple sites and coordinate TA delivery. You will allocate staffing and resources, enforce quality controls, and ensure alignment with DOE regulations and program objectives.

The role requires 3–10 years of management experience, the ability to obtain a federal clearance up to Top Secret/DOE Q, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Office/home/onsite work as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree required.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience with managerial duties.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a federal clearance up to Top Secret/DOE Q.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned contract projects and oversee teams across multiple sites.
• Identify, allocate, and commit resources to support TA requests.
• Enforce quality control to meet DOE, CMEI, and advisory requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely execution and alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate with DOE program offices, subcontractors, and stakeholders for TA delivery.
• Maintain transparency, compliance, and high performance across activities.
• Report status and outcomes to senior leadership and government counterparts.
