Job summary

Southpoint Consulting, Inc. seeks a Salesforce Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of Salesforce initiatives within an Agile federal IT program. The role emphasizes turning customer requirements into effective tech solutions and managing execution across teams in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure quality deliverables with strong communication and leadership across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with software development projects; SDLC knowledge; Agile/DevOps or Scrum.
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of Salesforce initiatives in an Agile environment.
• Assist business analysts in eliciting requirements from customers.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed.
• Oversee project execution across all workstreams and ensure delivery.
• Manage resources and assign team responsibilities.
• Oversee day-to-day project scope and operations.
• Conduct QA on all team deliverables before submission to client.
• Identify and manage project risk and communicate status.
