• Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Proven federal government contracting and project management experience.
• PMP Certification.
• 10+ Years in Program and Project Management.
• Ability to obtain a Federal Clearance.
• Experience leading Salesforce implementations in federal government contracting environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budgets, task orders, and subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams for full lifecycle of solution development and deployment.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and prototyping.
• Ensure end-to-end solution design and government compliance.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and leadership.
• Drive project milestones within timelines and budgets.
