CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in New York to lead a team delivering advanced facilities and project management services aligned with strategic business objectives.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, oversee procurement and project execution, manage budgeting and P&L, and collaborate across lines to drive performance while upholding CBRE's values. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching and measuring performance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise employees, train staff, evaluate performance, and recruit new hires.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Oversee all project management phases: procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, execution.
• Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are timely and compliant.
• Monitor billing, accounts receivable, expenses, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve strategic objectives.
• Identify complex risks and develop mitigation and backup plans.
