Job summary

CBRE in the United States is seeking a Project Management Manager to lead a team delivering project management services aligned with our strategic objectives. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, set schedules, coach, and ensure procurement, contracting, planning and tracking are handled accurately.

A bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred; LEED AP, PMP and CCM designations are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, schedules, and staff development.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, contracting, planning, and tracking.
• Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor billing, accounts receivable, expense control, and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Work cross-functionally with other business lines to achieve strategic objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; lead reviews and mitigation plans.
• Lead by example in CBRE RISE values and drive team effectiveness.
