Qualifications

• LEED AP, PMP and CCM designations preferred.
• Experience staffing, training, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines; mentor staff as needed.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, planning, tracking, and execution.
