Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Facilities Project Management (Construction) in New York City. You will lead the management of real estate projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with clients, design teams, and contractors.

Responsibilities include scope definition, cost estimates, schedules, risk management, quality control, and governance. A Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience are preferred; LEED AP, PMP, or CCM are welcome

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Strong analytical and math skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budget, schedule, and milestones.
• Define project delivery resources and coordinate with project teams and contractors.
• Conduct proposal and bid evaluations and implement project governance and data integrity.
