Job summary

AB Energy USA is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery on-site across US project sites. You will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

The role reports to the PMO Manager and requires extensive experience in industrial EPC projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive risk mitigation, and deliver projects on time and within budget, with clear executive reporting and customer

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required and proven PM leadership in industrial projects.
• 10+ years' project management experience delivering complex EPC projects.
• Strong contract administration, procurement, and cost control.
• Fluent in English with excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution.
• Manage contractual obligations, milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project execution strategies and schedules.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and margins.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level reporting and client communications.
• Lead risk reviews and change management.
• Ensure governance and stage-gate reviews.
