Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build and EPC projects in energy infrastructure. You will supervise engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams, including site operations, to deliver projects on time and within contract terms.

You'll direct subcontractor management, audits, and procurement while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience, with DB/EPC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, scheduling, budgeting and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated DB/EPC teams from inception to completion.
• Direct engineering design, procurement, scheduling and construction activities.
• Oversee prime contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Provide project performance reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Mentor junior staff and drive project milestones to meet goals.
