Job summary

CANUSA EPC LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale power generation, electrical infrastructure, and industrial EPC projects in the United States. You will drive projects from early engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover.

The role requires delivering complex, multidisciplinary EPC programs with responsibility for schedule, cost, risk, and client satisfaction. Travel and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience executing large-scale EPC projects in power generation or industrial facilities.
• Experience leading projects through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup.
• Ability to manage TIC values in the hundreds of millions, with strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client-facing EPC projects from early engineering through turnover.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and field teams.
• Maintain cost tracking, schedules, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical oversight across gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and switchgear.
