Job summary

Syner-G seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic client initiatives and capital projects, establishing governance, operating models and portfolio management practices. You will drive execution, stakeholder alignment and executive decision-making across multiple workstreams.

The role requires acting as trusted advisor to client leadership, developing governance frameworks and communication strategies to support successful outcomes, on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of experience in project management/engineering.
• Experience managing major capital projects from design through handover.
• Experience coordinating contractors across multiple disciplines and operating facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance frameworks and operating models for project delivery.
• Establish portfolio management processes and KPI dashboards.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees and executive reviews.
• Coordinate with client leadership to align delivery with business priorities.
• Improve project delivery through organizational effectiveness initiatives.
