ComEd in Illinois seeks a Project Manager to lead DER interconnection, transmission, substation, distribution and gas projects from initiation to closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and safety across cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery within approved limits.

The role requires collaboration with sponsors, stakeholders and external partners, plus the ability to adapt during storms and energy delivery emergencies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 4–7 years PM experience, or HS diploma with 6–9 years PM experience.
• CAPM or obtain CAPM within two years (PMP fulfills).
• Proven success managing projects with independent judgment and leadership.
• Ability to handle conflicting priorities in a multitask environment.
• Valid driver's license and access to an automobile.

Responsabilidades

• Manage scope, schedule and budget for multiple projects within approved limits.
• Interface with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate requirements.
• Communicate with sponsor and key stakeholders on project issues, including executives.
• Foster good working relationships among project teams, line managers and interfacing orgs.
• Coach and lead team members to complete tasks and allocate resources.
• Ensure team members understand their responsibilities.
