Job summary

ComTec Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple complex projects across phases and geographies. You will lead internal resources to ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role reports to the Director of Professional Services and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of experience; PMP/Prince certification is preferred. Full-time on-site work with minimal travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• PMP/Prince certification preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, project schedule, budget and scope.
• Ensure resources and budget are available for all activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders – Support, Development, Finance.
• Prepare and track Project Plans, Change Orders and task lists.
• Notify stakeholders of issues and propose resolutions.
• Provide status updates to the Client Project Manager and team.
