E Tech Group is seeking a Project Manager in California to lead large and multi-project initiatives in the Life Sciences and Mission Critical sectors. You will oversee design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning with a strong emphasis on schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience (or 5+ years in project engineering), PMP preferred, and you will travel up to 25% to client sites. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in the utilization of project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI based standards into the company culture and mentor others.
• Proven leadership on difficult projects, applications, solutions, and situations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Proposal Development – participate in scope, schedule and cost estimates and project pricing.
• Manage Client Communication – ensure effective communication across client, project team, and management.
• Develop project schedules and resource plans to meet client objectives and cash flow.
• Drive scope control and change management, ensuring defined scope and contract compliance.
• Maintain project budgets, cost tracking, and earned value reporting; forecast costs.
• Lead the project team and coordinate with Operations to allocate resources.
• Provide regular progress and financial updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarize with E TECH GROUP PMO methods, tools, and processes and drive tool adoption.
• Travel up to 25% and mentor team members in PMI-based standards.
